■ The waterproof board is an efficient waterproof and impermeable material made of high molecular polymer by melting, extrusion and calendering. It is also called geomembrane, it is customary to ≥0.8mm thick geomembrane called waterproof plate, < 0.8mm called geomembrane. It has high tensile strength, large deformation modulus, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and good impermeability.
■ Waterproof board according to different raw materials can be divided into low density polyethylene (LDPE) waterproof board, high density polyethylene (HDPE) waterproof board and EVA waterproof board. The width of the product is 4 ~ 7 meters, and the weight is 200 ~ 1500 g/m2.
■ Product features:
▷The tensile strength and tear strength are high, and the strength of the waterproof board is higher than that of other needled non-woven products under the same gram weight specifications.
▷High elongation, good ductility, excellent flexibility and wear resistance, can adapt to uneven irregular base and a variety of environmental conditions.
▷Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, can resist the corrosion of common chemical substances in the soil, good dimensional stability, good creep resistance, good adhesion, convenient construction.
▷High bursting strength, good puncture resistance, good isolation and anti-seepage performance, can effectively prevent liquid leakage and gas volatilization, but also play a role in strengthening and protecting.
▷Adapt to the environmental temperature range, in the range of -50℃ ~ 100℃ and full coverage of the service life can reach more than 50 years.
